You might want to try ChatGPT. To be honest I always build my courses in PowerPoint first before loading the content to Storyline - so I don't need this facility - BUT, as an experiment, I tried getting ChatGPT to extract the text and main images from the attached Storyline demo course.
I had to have a little bit of a conversation with ChatGPT to clarify what I wanted and it did jumble the images up a bit - but I was still impressed (Word document created also attached) - took me about 10 minutes to do. It's a start at least if you need to do this.
