Storyline: Transfer of source file
Hi,
I will be receiving the source file (.story) from one of our vendors to sell us the property of a course. the goal is to keep it inhouse and be able to modify it as needed.
Can you please adv...
Could you clarify what kind of source file you're transferring and the method you're using? Are you encountering errors or looking for the best way to transfer it?
Hi Ben, thank you for your quick reply.
I will be receiving a .story file from our vendor (we will acutally be buying it from him to transfer the ownership of the course to us). Not sure yet how he will transfer it to us (via cloud or drive). In order to ensure I can edit and use the course, I would like to know if you have a documentation or a resource where I can learn more on what to consider from our end.
Also, Once I receive the file, can you please confirm :
- I can copy it as new project?
- That all content will be unlocked for use? (expect videos or embedded links of course)
- If I am not able to make edits, can I reach out to atriculate support to seek help
