Hi Robert! I apologize for the audio issues you are experiencing with your published course.
I tested this on my end by publishing it to Review 360 and playing it in Chrome and Edge and experienced the same issue.
I have a few questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Are you saving and publishing from your local hard drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Have you tried copying your .story file and pasting it into a new .story file, and then publishing it again?
- Have you attempted a repair of Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.
