Why is this greyed out?
Something must have triggered the filters to automatically report your post as spam. Perhaps it was the multiple attachments. (Those have been an issue recently in spam posts.) Or maybe because Storyline is misspelled in the title. (Alternate spellings are sometimes used by spammers.)
Anyway, the Articulate folks have already reviewed and released this one. It's not greyed out any more.
I'm not on my machine with Storyline, so I can't check your file.
