Student file (video) submission

Hi,

I'm creating and American Sign Language (ASL) Curriculum. Obviously, seeing as ASL is a visual language, teachers will need to see the student using the language. Is there a way to do one of the following:

1. Record from the students device directly.
or
2. Upload a prerecorded video from the student.

In the end, I could have a text box for them to submit a URL to a google drive file, but I've encountered so much difficulty doing it this way. It's not student friendly AT ALL!

I also understand that not LMS are set up for student file submission, especially not videos from certain devices that take video at 4k. I thought I'd ask anyway...
