Submit Pick One not jumping to next question

Hi Leslie,

Please find attached a cut-down version of my Story file with only 2 questions and a results screen.  There are 360 "Pick One" questions and all of them have this unresponsive SUBMIT problem.

I hope you can identify the problem.
