Subtitles are deleted when Replacing a video

Scenario 1

When you Replace a video, from within a slide, the subtitles are deleted and also appear to be deleted.

Scenario 2

When you Replace a video, from inside the Media Library, the subtitles appear to be fine - but are actually deleted when you check the slide. They do not show up during Preview or Export.

 

This didn't used to happen a while back at least. I've attached a video of each scenario showcasing what's wrong.

 

Edit: I don't have a video or screenshot of it, but I also had a scenario this recent week, where 3 and even 4 subtitles were attached to a single video file. You could see them all as "Edit ...." when clicking the Subtitle Icon within the Media Library.

I'm not sure if it's related to the two scenarios above or if it's intended that you can have multiple Subtitles attached to a single video.

Multiple "Edit ......" appeared.
