I'm happy to help! You can upgrade a course to Storyline 360 by simply opening the project in Storyline 360. Here are the steps!
We don't have a preferred Arabic font that we recommend. If you're running into any issues with a specific font, please let me know, and I'd be happy to look into it.
Lastly, we have the last issue you mentioned logged as a software bug where Arabic text is not reading in the Right To Left direction when using Text to Speech. I've linked this discussion to our report to update you when we release a fix.
