Survey or question RISE 360
Is it possible to create a question response or survey that feeds bak into the LMS in RISE
We're tracking requests for a survey block in Rise 360! Thanks for letting us know you need that feature.

This would be a game-changer when delivered.

Hi Alyssa, are you still tracking this? We would like to have this feature and leverage requests towards it.

Needed.
Is there a work-around using a Quiz block? I am thinking of getting basic feedback on a course. One question with three answers = Great, OK, Poor.
It looks like it might work but the default feedback to user is: "That's Correct", which is not something you want in a survey!
Hi Tim!
It sounds like you need a survey tool in Rise 360 that would allow you to add an ungraded survey question. That's not on our feature roadmap currently, but I'm happy to pass along your suggestion to our Product team.
In the meantime, I've seen other folks embed a survey from Google Forms or something similar to capture survey data from learners. Would that be an option for you?

If Surveys (data entry templates) are still not in the features roadmap, then Rise360 is lagging behind most other authoring tools right now :/

It would be a game changer.

Yes absolutely a game changer! I would need it for sure. I'm on Survey Monkey now...

Agree! I'd love to have a survey/evaluation option as well as user-typed answer options in quizzes in Rise 360. Thank you!

Quizzes currently have a Fill in the blank type question that requires users to type an answer.
It is a scored question type that requires a correct answer.

Hi,
I could be wrong, but I believe we've built a storyline block which can be used as a free text box and, though it doesn't show the responses within Rise, through javascript it does write the responses back to the LMS so it can be externally reported on.
If this would be useful, let me know and I can dig a little more to find out if I'm remembering correctly!

Hi Euan,
We certainly need this option. Currently, we designed a tabular view that takes text inputs from user. But, we are not able to send these inputs back to LMS. Can you share how did you do it with javascript?
Many Thanks.

We embed an external survey in our courses and it works very well.

Hi Karl, can you say a bit more. I think of doing the same. Its really disappointing that such basic function is not available. Which External survey do you use and have you found a way to integrate results from the survey with LMS? Also are you able to differentiate which completed survey belongs to which client? Thanks

Hi Jakub,
We embed checkmarket.com surveys within Rise to gauge learner satisfaction with our online courses. The results that we collect are anonymous. None of this information is integrated with our LMS.
