Swapping Rise 360 courses between users
Hello, I work for a large organisation and have a number of courses that have been built under one user and need to be transferred to another user (in order to keep department training with one user). What is the best way to do this? Duplicate course? Export and import? Any help is much appreciated

Your Rise 360 dashboard will look a little different, but don't worry. You can find all of your content, personal and shared, in the My View section. If you run into any snags or have additional questions about Rise 360 Team Folders, our team is available in this discussion or in a support case.

Hi Andy,
If both persons are members of the same Articulate Team, simply transfer course ownership from one team member to another.
If both persons are NOT members of the same Articulate Team, the current course owner can email a copy of the course to the other person.
Hi Andy! If all the courses need to be transferred to another user, remove the user from the team. You’ll be prompted to choose what to do with the content, and you can choose the transfer option. Otherwise, like Karl says, the recipient can be added as a collaborator to each course, and ownership can be transferred that way.
