Tabbed/Dropdown Job Aids Template

Hello everyone,

I am trying to show a client an example of a course that would have maybe four small tabs/buttons across the top right or left-hand side of the screen that would drop down or expand content for specific job-aids needed to support the content. I was searching for templates that would illustrate this, but I am not certain what search terms to use to find examples. I am not coming up with templates with the searches I have been using.

Does anyone know of specific examples of templates available? I would appreciate any assistance.
