Table of Contents for jumping to different places in a video.

I have video that was produced from Camtasia and published with a table of contents based on the markers in Camtasia. I know the markers are not the same between Camtasia and Articulate, but ...
Was there an answer for this? I have a .mp4 but want the user to be able to go to specific questions as needed. I have placed markers at dividers.
If I am unable to do this is it possible to use slides and have the .mp4 play across all slides.
