Talking head video not syncing when published to mp4 in SL 360

I have an issue with inserting a talking head video into a SL 360 course. It looks great in Articulate Review, but when published as an mp4, the words no longer sync with the talking head and it loo...

Hi Doerte,

Here's a screenshot of where you can find 'Transitions' in the English version of Storyline 360: 

The position in the German version should be the same.

    Hi Joe,

    thanks for the screenshot! It is what I thought: the german term is
    Übergänge and I didn't use any transitions, so this is not the problem.
    I tried to open a case, but it was not possible.. always received the
    answer, that I can't open a case..

    what to do now?
