    Happy to help!

    Since the error message talks about two possible causes of the issue, please try the following to troubleshoot it: 

    • Republish your course and re-upload it to your LMS
    • Try accessing the published course using a different browser
    • Test your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to verify that the issue isn't specific to ORACLE LMS (CONNECT)

    If you can consistently replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.
