Template embedded video won't work when exported to LMS

Hello,

I recently published a Rise 360 course with an embedded video file in the existing template from RISE 360. My publish settings were SCORM 2004 version 4 and the error is this image. My company LMS provider is ORACLE(CONNECT).

    Happy to help!

    Since the error message talks about two possible causes of the issue, please try the following to troubleshoot it: 

    • Republish your course and re-upload it to your LMS
    • Try accessing the published course using a different browser
    • Test your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to verify that the issue isn't specific to ORACLE LMS (CONNECT)

    If you can consistently replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.
