Since the error message talks about two possible causes of the issue, please try the following to troubleshoot it:
- Republish your course and re-upload it to your LMS
- Try accessing the published course using a different browser
- Test your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to verify that the issue isn't specific to ORACLE LMS (CONNECT)
