Template share to outside vendor
Hi, I have a vendor who needs to share a Storyline 360 template with me, I am consultant and am helping to creating training content. I also have an Articulate license. What is the best way for them to share their template with me?

Use whatever method is most convenient, for example: send via email, transfer via DropBox (or similar service), transfer via a flash drive.

In order for you to have access to viewing/editing the template within Storyline 360, the vendor will need to send the .storytemplate file to you. From there, you can download the file and open the template within the application. You'll want to follow the steps here for working collaboratively.
If you are just looking to view the content they have created, you could ask the vendor to publish the template course to Review 360 by following this User Guide.
