template slides not showing up as layouts
Hi -
I saved a project as a template, but when I opened a new, blank project and imported the template -- no master, no layouts.
What am I doing wrong?

Hmm. Perhaps you could try that again with a fresh SL target file, except be sure you have made a few changes to the master/layout of the target file and saved before importing the template project file.
Also, you may want to check for updates anyway.
Other than that, it may be time for a support ticket.
