Terminology: Hamburger Menu? Action Menu? Navigation Menu?

I'd like to know what the official name is for the menu in the upper left corner of a Rise course. 

In full disclosure, "hamburger menu" is not my favorite. But I can use it, if that is how Articulate defines it. Is there a place to go for technical definitions for documentation?
