Text alignment changing after publication

I've had problems with text moving around after publication in Presenter, and it appears there's a similar issue in Storyline.

I have a couple shapes with text that are aligned to the middle of the shape. But when I preview or publish the text drifts upwards. Doesn't looks so good.

Any ideas on how to fix?

  • Hi, I have the same case. Here's the snap. Can you advise me please?

  • Hi, Pradhyumna.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshot!

Since this issue seems to be file-specific, would you be comfortable sharing your .story file through a support case so our team can help you troubleshoot?

  • I'm running into an issue when publishing to Review 360 - text that I've set to align center vertically reverts to align top vertically. My current work around is to adjust each text field manually however that won't work for anything that isn't static.

      Welcome to the community, Kenneth!

I'm sorry for this extra work! Are you seeing this behavior with all courses you publish to Review 360 or is it just one specific file? We'd be happy to look at things on our end if you're able to share your file here!

Looking forward to keeping at this with you!

        Hi Becca,

I've been running into this issue with all the courses I was working on before Christmas and updated my workflow to only use top-align since. I'll create a test version and I'll upload it if I can duplicate the issue with a basic setup.
