Text Entry Field inside Scrolling Panel - Is it possible?

I've been tinkering with the scrolling panel, and I would like to know if it is possible to put a text entry field inside the scrolling panel that moves with anything inside the it when you...
This is the exact question I had. Where I'm lost is how to get the object to move into the scroll panel. I'd like to add a hotspot or shape, but so far, it doesn't want to nest into the scrolling panel.
