Text Entry fields not setting when control loses focus in mobile devices (Storyline 360)

Hi
I am still having this issue: I want people to fill in their name and then on some slides their name needs to appear. This works on my desktop, but not on my mobile (if I tap on the screen before submitting, the name appears, but not when I submit immediatly).
I haven't tried the JavaScript solution yet, but was hoping that there's an easier solution to it.
