Text entry not working

The trick with using a Quiz Question to do this is to let the Storyline features do most of the work for you. SOme of the triggers you added were getting in the way of what Storyline is set up to do by default. I have attached a working version of your Sample, using Branching for correct and giving them unlimited tries to get it right.
Hopefully, this helps. I am sure others out there will have other solutions, as well.
