Text Entry on Ipad

I am having issues getting any text entry fields to work on ipad.  Scorm into our LMS.  HELP!!

Thanks for letting me know. Would you be able to share your .story file for me to take a look (just let me know the slide number)? Even a sample file with the slide would be helpful. Thanks :)
