Text input survey is not capturing on LRS while updateing the TinCan file

Hi, 

I have created the text input question aling with rating (radiobuttons 1-10) to captured the learner experiance for the course and and updated teh triggers for the same and published as TinCan file and hosted on LRS.

when we are extraing the responces we are getting the radio button responces in the reprot and we are not getting the comments. 

could you please advice me what the check poitns need be cross verified to get the cappments.
