Text problems when exporting course PDF

Hello, I am having problems when extracting PDFs. Many times, some letters won't appear or they are substituted by other letters/characters. Is there any way to export a PDF without errors?

Hi, Hazel! We use Montserrat and its variations. We also face problems with "fi", but have also been having problems with parenthesis, "x", "-".

Hi Ana and Karl! So sorry this is happening. We tried to replicate this but were unable to do so. I would suggest opening a case with us here so that we can investigate further. You'll be asked to share your Rise course so we can look into it.
