Text scrambled after export

Maybe it is a font issue. Are you using a font that may not be displaying correctly on other computers?
I would try replacing the font on a slide or two, such as the title slide. Use a font like Verdana or Tahoma. Republish and see if the scrambled letters are fixed. If they are, you might wish to replace the fonts you are using. You can use the Replace Fonts feature under Find/Replace.
The issue appears only for individual users.
If the issue appears:
All text blocks are affected in all browsers and in multiple different e-learnings.
So the issue seems to be on the side of the users computer rather than the e-learning.
But I have no idea, what the user could try to make it work...

Depending on where you're currently hosting your course, this could be font-related or platform-related.
- To test if it's a font issue, try switching the font used by your course to a standard one like Arial and republish your course.
- To determine whether the issue is hosting-related, try running your course on a different platform, like SCORM Cloud or Review 360, to see if you can replicate the font issue there.
If you can consistently replicate the issue across multiple platforms, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check the fonts' behavior. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
