Text-to-Speech Audio stuttering, but only in Preview and Export
Some of my text-to-speech audio keeps corrupting in Storyline 360. It seems to be at random, and the audio will play correctly when I press "Preview audio" on the audio in the timeline, in the audio editor, and in the captions editor. If I export the audio to mp3, the mp3 file plays correctly outside of Storyline. However, when I actually try to play the slide (playing the timeline, previewing the slide, or exporting the slide), the audio stutters severely.
I'm working on my local drive, and the files are not being auto-backed up anywhere. I've tried closing and re-opening the file with no luck, I've tried deleting and re-creating the text-to-speech segment. Nothing works, and it's really impacting my productivity. I never used to see these kinds of bugs with Storyline, but this one course alone has had this happen 4 or 5 times already.
Any solutions? I cannot provide the files as they contain proprietary information.
