Text to Speech is not showing up in Audio Tab
The Text to speech tool dissapeared.
Troubleshooted and it did not work:
Tried restarting storyline
new project
Uninstalled reinstalled
rebooting computer
Nothing works to make it show a...
no I do not.... only options are Create Playlist and Options.

Please try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue. If it does not, and you're running a recent version of Storyline 360, please share a quick recording of the behavior so we can check what's happening.
