Text-to-speech lack of voices
Since downloading the latest update, there is no access to voice selection in the text-to-speech function. Will the problem be fixed or can I influence the operation of this option myself?

The voices should certainly be showing. Has this cleared up for you yet? If not, could you please try signing out of the 360 app, signing back in, and opening up Storyline to see if the voices are there? If not, could you please report back here and let me know? I'd like to get our Support team's eyes on this if it's not working for you.

I'm happy to chime in. Sorry about the trouble with the AI audio voices. They are loading as expected on my end.
If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues. If these don't improve things, let me know, and I'd be more than happy to assist you further. You can also connect with us privately in a support case if you want more targeted help.
Unfortunately the problem persists after reinstalling and following all the steps listed. At first I thought it might be a file issue, but the same error occurs in all projects.
