There's a chance that your network configuration may have been changed or updated which caused Storyline 360 to be unable to connect to the endpoints needed by the text-to-speech feature. As a troubleshooting step, please reach out to your network admin and have them verify that your machine is able to connect to the endpoints listed here:
If the endpoints are reachable, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
