Do you need to pay for Storyline 360 in addition to Rise 360 to get text to speech?

Storyline and Rise are part of a suite of applications you will get when subscribing to Articulate 360. So if you purchase Articulate 360, you will have access to both of these tools.
You can use Storyline for its text-to-speech capabilities. And then embed it in Rise 360!
