The Hyperlink is appearing incorrectly in the Articulate Rise after publishing

We have encountered a recurring issue with Articulate Rise following its publication. This problem arises when localizing the course into another language, particularly concerning hyperlinks within the content. Strangely, after localizing the course content, the hyperlinks display odd characters. However, we have taken steps to address this by manually updating the hyperlinks within Articulate Rise. We have copied the hyperlinks from the source files into the target language to ensure accuracy. Despite our efforts, upon publishing and reviewing the link, it appears differently than expected. We are seeking clarification on the root cause of this discrepancy and guidance on how to resolve it effectively. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
