The "player" feature is not working

When I want to use the "Player" feature to adjust the Menu, the color, the system says as shown attachment. Although I still use it normally. Please help me

- Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Is this issue isolated to one project? You can try importing slides into a new project.
- If this is happening with all projects, you can try these steps to fix unexpected behavior.
