I'm sorry you've also hit this snag with saving your Storyline file! If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
If this doesn't help, do you mind attaching your project to this discussion so we can look at it? You can also share it privately in a support case; we'll delete it when we're done testing!
