The saved point in my course doesn´t work
I have a course that has 3 sections and 1 main slide, every time you complete a section you return to the main slide and then unlock a new topic. It works great, but when you get to the end of the third section and accidentally log out of the course, it returns you to the last question in section two. The problem is that there is no explanation for that error. The properties of each slide state that you return to the saved point. Also in the player configuration, it has the property that it always returns to the saved point. We review each trigger in detail and they are the same as the 1st section where that doesn´t happen. Have you had a similar experience?
Hello RalFuentes-0057 can you provide some information on the system this course is running on and if you are publishing the content to an API such as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004?
There can be some issues with SCORM 1.2 and courses that are tracking the resume state of multiple slides, especially quizzes. SCORM 1.2 can quickly run out of space (4096 characters) and stop storing resume data, and so your course may only be able to resume to the location that it was last able to store data on.
Some LMS can be configured to allow more than the specified maximum characters stored for suspend_data.If you have SCORM 2004 available, this can also be a solution as you will not need to worry about the storage maxing out.
