I'm having the same issue. It happens when I save, and it doesn't save the file. Usually I can try again in a few minutes and it saves okay (without the error message).
Started happening about two weeks ago. It seems to help if I close out other applications (like photoshop) before I save. Even with everything else closed it happens but it seems to happen less. - JohnMorgan-c50cFormer Staff

I'm sorry you're getting this error! This looks to be a Windows issue, not a Storyline issue. If you do a Google search of the error, you'll get some general information and some ways to resolve it.

what happens two weeks before, did you update your system ?
check the windows update history
Windows Settings -> Windows Update -> Update History - EMILYHAMILTON-aCommunity Member
Thanks Dana - closing Photoshop fixed me up!
