A ppt was created using a brand template with additional slide images, but after uploading the design changes, removes all slide images, and fails to upload all slides.
Any ideas on how to correct?

What type of image files are included in your PowerPoint? Here is a list of image formats that Storyline supports.
You mentioned there were some new design changes implemented into the file. Could you share what elements were included that you are not seeing?
