There is no Multiple response kinds of questions in my question bank on storyline 360

When you insert a slide to your question bank, you should see the option to select the "Multiple Response" slide here: 

I understand that you might be seeing something different because you're unable to see the Multiple Responses slide. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see when you try to add slides to your question bank so we can check what's happening?
