Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the screen loading. I'd like to ask you a few clarifying questions to help troubleshoot.
- Does this only happen when you publish your course to LMS?
- Are all users experiencing the same issue?
- Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud as Lauren suggested above?
