Time Element with Javascript

I am attempting to push user data to php and wanted to know how I could also include the elapsed slide or scene time in minutes and seconds (00:00) format as opposed to millis...

Our staff doesn't usually give JavaScript recommendations, but many people in our E-Learning Heroes community are well-versed in JavaScript. So I will leave you in their hands for any suggestions!
