Timeline does not play audio

I am trying to adjust textbox displays on the timeline so that the text is displayed at the appropriate time.  However, the audio will not play.  This makes adjusting the timeline EXTREMELY difficul...

Hi Katie, 

Thanks for reaching out! 

I can confirm that you should be able to hear a preview of your audio using the 'Play' button in the timeline. I've attached a sample file for your reference so you can test this functionality. 

Try testing the play functionality using my file, and let me know if it works for you. If it does not, and you're working locally when previewing your project file, try doing a repair of Storyline 360 to see if this helps.
