Timeline font isn't right
Is there any update on this? I too have a timeline block that isn't using the font I've set up for the course in the theme and I'm unable to change it in the block itself. It doesn't look nice so would be good to have a solution for this.
Hi TomGriffin-c0ab!
Sorry to hear your chosen font isn't being reflected in your Rise 360 course!
Like my teammate Joe, I also tested this behavior on my end with a built-in font (Lustria), as well as a custom font (Noto Serif Japanese). Both times, my selected fonts were reflected when previewing a Timeline Block.
Do you mind sharing which specific fonts you are working with? Also, does this issue occur across all fonts, or is it specific to one?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Steven,
Thanks for picking this up. Our brand font is Roobert.
Many thanks.

Hi TomGriffin-c0ab!
You're welcome! Thanks for following up!
After uploading Roobert to Rise 360 as a custom font, and testing it in a Timeline Block, it still displayed accurately on my end. I tested with both Google Chrome and Firefox.
When adding custom fonts, Rise 360 requires the author to upload at least a regular weight font, along with any Bold or Italic versions you may require. Can you please confirm the correct versions of Roobert have all been uploaded to the right fields?
If they have, and you're still running into trouble, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Hi Steven,
It seems to only be happening in Review 360 as I can see Roobert in Rise while editing the course.
Still, its a bug you probably want to fix so I'll raise a ticket.
Thanks
