Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry you've hit this snag. I'm happy to help troubleshoot! I understand redocking all windows doesn't solve the issue.
- Can you please confirm if this is happening with every project or only this one?
- If it's only this one project, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- If you unplug your second monitor, does that make a difference?
