Timeline is not working.

In the Stroyline version (3.98) we are not able to preview using the timeline. Once the play button is clicked, there is not movement on the timeline. Can you look into and let us know how to resolve...

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're running into the same issue.

Just to help narrow things down: does the play button in the timeline not work across all your Storyline courses, or is it only happening in a specific file?

If it’s affecting all your projects and you’re already working directly from your local hard drive, you might want to try repairing your Storyline installation. You can follow the steps here:

 

If the problem continues, we’d be happy to take a closer look. You’re welcome to share your Storyline project file here in the thread or send it to us privately in a support case, and one of our Support Engineers can work with you directly. Files are deleted when testing is complete.
