Timing out
I made some minor revisions to last year's annual safety training and had it mounted on Success Factors, our LMS. Nothing about the quiz or the completion process changed, but according to our train...
Because it isn't happening to everyone, it didn't happen during testing, and even though the LMS hasn't changed, my thought is that it could still be your LMS. I know SuccessFactors has had some updates in 2023 and that may affect your updated content. The updates may have been in the background and can still affect anything uploaded afterwards.
