I'm not seeing the same thing on my end whenever I attempt to scroll down through text while on the title page of a Rise 360 course.
As a troubleshooting step, please try the following to see if they help address the behavior:
- Make sure that your browser and computer are updated to the most recent versions.
- Try using a different browser.
