Today my videos in storyline are like this but don't have any issues when playing on their own

  • Hi JoanJoselyn-afd,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I see you've connected with my teammate, Cleober, in a support case. You can continue troubleshooting there to keep all information organized in one place.

If anyone is experiencing a similar issue, a good place to start is to ensure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline courses. Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption or an inability to save changes. If the issue persists across multiple files, you may want to try a Storyline repair.

Did you manage to resolve this.  We have a similar issue but only some learners see videos corrupt as you show ?
