I'm happy to help! Are you using other keys in addition to using the TAB key to navigate through the course? The TAB key is used to move to interactive objects like buttons, but the arrow keys, like the right and left arrows, are used to move through objects like text boxes.
Also, are you testing this in Preview or the published output? I'm happy to take a look at your .story file if you want to attach it to this discussion. You can also share it privately in a support case.
