Track preview links
Hi,
Is there anyway I can see how many people have clicked on a preview link? We want to share a course to the public meaning it cant be on our LMS.
Whats the best-practice in this case? I was considering just putting the link for the preview on our site.
I did see the update about the new Quick Share function, when is that going to be rolled out?

Hi AishaChaudhry-3,
Great question! You’re right that Quick Share is rolling out to all Rise 360 subscriptions. I don’t have a timeline to share yet, but once it’s available, any existing Rise Preview links will automatically become Quick Share links. Analytics will start tracking from the time Quick Share launches, not retroactively, and you won’t need to do anything to activate it.
Quick Share provides creators with visibility into course performance with light analytics and the ability to gather basic learner information with the guestbook feature.
You can learn more here: Rise 360: Preview Content FAQs.
Right now, Rise Preview links don’t include tracking since they were designed for content review and feedback rather than distribution.
In the meantime, posting your course on your site is fine, but if you need detailed learner tracking, we recommend using Reach 360 or an LMS.
