Trademark not showing in published course.

Hello, I am working on a course in Articulate Presenter. After the most recent update, I am able to add the trademark symbol to the PowerPoint with no problem, but when I publish the course, the trademark symbols disappear.

I have tried pasting the trademark symbol from a Word document, and I have also used the Alt-0153 key shortcut. Neither option is working.

    Hello Susan,

    I'm sorry you've hit this snag with the trademark symbol. Great idea to open a case as well! I see you've connected with my teammate, Darrell, who replicated the issue in the latest Presenter version. I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with Darrell so that we can find a fix.
